Privacy.
Short version: we keep your email, your company details and your campaigns, because without them there is no platform. We do not sell any of it, and there is not a single advertising tracker on this site.
Your side of the account.
- Email address — it is how you sign in and how we send you a link, a countered deal or a report.
- Company details — the name and address you put on invoices, and the line the creator sees under your brief.
- Campaigns — briefs, chosen creators, messages in the deal, invoices and the ledger of what was held, released or returned.
- Technical records — when you signed in, and the errors the server logged. No behavioural profile, no session recording.
We never hold your card. Payment details go straight to Stripe and we only see the result: paid or not, by which method, for how much.
One cookie, and it is the session.
Signing in sets celebex_session — a signed cookie that keeps you logged in for 30 days. It carries nothing but your account, and it is the only cookie this site sets. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising network here, which is also why there is no cookie banner to click away.
The four companies in the chain.
- Stripe — takes the payment and holds the card data. They see your email and the invoice amount.
- SMTP2GO — delivers our letters, and therefore sees the address we send to and what the letter says.
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with a Google account; then we receive your address and name, nothing more.
- Hetzner — the servers and file storage this site runs on, inside the EU.
The creator you book sees the brief, the brand name and what you write in the deal — that is the point of sending it. Nobody else gets your data, and none of it is sold or given to advertisers.
Data about creators.
Profiles in the catalogue are built from public account pages — the name, the bio, the picture, follower and view counts, and posts that are already public — together with prices the creator or their representative gave us. We do not read private messages and we do not buy datasets about anyone.
If you are listed and would rather not be, write to hello@notpeople.ai from an address we can match to the account, or from the account itself. The page comes down within three business days.
Keeping and deleting.
Campaigns, invoices and the money ledger are kept while the account is open and for as long afterwards as accounting requires — invoices for money that actually moved cannot simply be erased. Everything else disappears with the account.
Ask us to export what we hold about you, correct it, or delete the account — one email to hello@notpeople.ai and it is done within 30 days. You do not have to explain why.
How it is kept.
Traffic runs over HTTPS, the session cookie is signed and http-only, and the database sits on a private network in the EU. If something does leak and it affects you, we write to you — we do not wait for you to read about it somewhere else.
Related: terms of service. Anything about your own data, one address — hello@notpeople.ai.
