Terms of service.

Celebex is a marketplace: brands book posts from creators at a price the creator has published, and the money waits in escrow until the post is live. These terms say who owes what when that goes well — and when it doesn’t.

01 · who we are

The platform, and what it is not.

Celebex is operated by NotPeople. You can reach a human at hello@notpeople.ai.

We are the place where the deal happens and the account that holds the money while it happens. We are not the author of the post, not the creator’s agent, and not a party to what they publish. The creator writes in their own voice and remains responsible for it; the brand remains responsible for what it asks to have said about its product.

Using Celebex — browsing the catalogue, opening an account, sending a brief, paying an invoice — means you accept these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to.

02 · accounts

One account per brand.

03 · prices and fees

The creator sets the price. We add 15%.

Every price in the catalogue is the creator’s own. On top of the deals in a campaign we add a platform fee of 15% — that is our entire income from a booking. Both numbers are on the invoice before you pay, and neither changes afterwards.

Followers, views and engagement shown on a profile come from the platform’s own API at the time we read it. Views per post are a median of recent posts, and the reach shown while you plan a campaign is an estimate, not a promise. Nobody — us or the creator — guarantees a number of views, clicks, followers or sales.

A creator may decline a brief, or answer with their own terms and price. Until you accept those terms, nothing is owed on either side.

04 · paying

One invoice per campaign, paid up front.

Every campaign is a single one-time payment. There are no subscriptions on Celebex, and there is no wallet or balance to top up: you pay for the campaign in front of you and nothing else.

Payments are processed by Stripe — by card, or in stablecoins where the payment page offers it. We never see or store your card number. Until the invoice is paid, the requests stay with us: no creator is contacted and nothing is reserved.

A promo code, where we have issued one, reduces the invoice at checkout. Codes are personal, cannot be exchanged for money, and can be withdrawn if used in a way they were not meant for.

05 · escrow

The money waits until the post is live.

When the invoice is paid, the amount of each deal is held against that deal. The creator can see that the money is there, and the brand can see that it has not left. It moves in exactly two directions:

Returned money goes back to your campaign and can be spent on another deal. If a campaign closes with money still unspent, write to hello@notpeople.ai and we return it to the card or wallet it came from — within 10 business days of the request. The platform fee goes back with it for any deal that never happened; we keep the fee only on deals that went live.

06 · the post itself

What the creator owes.

The brand owes the other half: a brief that is honest, materials it has the right to use, and an answer within a reasonable time when the creator sends the text for approval. Each deal includes the number of revisions listed on the service; more than that is a new agreement.

07 · what cannot be bought here

Briefs we will not carry.

Campaigns for any of the following are removed and the money returned:

A creator may also refuse a brief for their own reasons, without giving one. That is not a breach.

08 · when it goes wrong

Disputes.

Write to hello@notpeople.ai with the campaign and what happened. While a dispute is open, the money for that deal stays in escrow — it goes to neither side until it is settled. We look at what the deal said and at what was actually published, and we say where the money goes. If you disagree with that, you keep every right you have outside this platform.

Our responsibility for any one deal is limited to the money you paid for it. We are not liable for lost sales, lost reputation, or what the post did or did not achieve.

09 · the catalogue

Being listed, and leaving.

Profiles in the catalogue are built from public account data and from prices the creator or their representative gave us. If you are listed and want your prices changed, your profile corrected or your page taken down, write to hello@notpeople.ai — we do it within three business days. Open deals are finished first, or cancelled and refunded.

10 · changes

If these terms change.

We can update this page. The date at the top changes with it, and anything already paid for is finished under the terms that were live when you paid. Continuing to use Celebex after a change means you accept the new version.

Related: how we handle your data. Questions about a specific campaign are faster by email than by reading this page — hello@notpeople.ai.
